Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing the The Print Route platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform description

The Print Route provides a print logistics platform that enables print providers to receive, manage, and fulfil print orders from merchants via API or the provider portal.

3. Provider obligations

• Maintain accurate capabilities and delivery information
• Accept or reject orders within the agreed SLA window
• Fulfil accepted orders to the specified quality and deadline
• Notify TPR promptly if unable to fulfil an accepted order
• Keep API credentials confidential and secure

4. Platform fees

A platform fee (as specified in your account settings) applies to each fulfilled order. Fees are deducted from order revenue before disbursement. TPR reserves the right to update fees with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual property

Print files submitted by merchants remain the property of the merchant or their clients. You may use these files only for order fulfilment and must not distribute or retain them beyond operational necessity.

6. Limitation of liability

TPR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship with 30 days' written notice. TPR may suspend or terminate accounts immediately in cases of material breach or fraudulent activity.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the Stockholm District Court as first instance.
