The Print Route ("TPR", "we", "our") operates a B2B print logistics platform connecting print providers with merchants. We are responsible for how your personal data is processed in connection with our services.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: company name, email address, hashed password
  • Order data: delivery addresses, line items, print files, status history
  • Technical data: API keys, webhook URLs, access logs
  • Communication data: any messages sent via support channels

3. Legal basis

We process your data on the following legal bases under GDPR Art. 6:

  • Contract performance — to deliver the platform services you have agreed to
  • Legitimate interests — to prevent fraud, improve the platform, and maintain security
  • Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws

4. Data retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your contract plus 3 years. Order data is retained for 7 years for accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

6. Data transfers

Your data is stored within the EU/EEA. If any transfers outside the EU/EEA are necessary, they will be protected by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
